Central Asia Resources Limited is a gold and base metals exploration company transitioning to producer.

Central Asia has acquired an indirect interest in gold exploration projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan (the "Projects").

The Projects have both Russian and historical unclassified resource estimates. Central Asia's has subsequently developed JORC compliant resource statements for most of the prospects within the portfolio.

The company has sustained an intensive drilling campaign across many sites throughout 2008 and the 2009 drilling campaign will focus on developing two sites of most interest and potential. The 2009-2010 strategic plan involves the investigations into developing a low capex, quick to production opportunity and concurrently investigating a larger project to produce a BFS for funding in late 2010

The Company will also pursue other opportunities in Kazakhstan and other parts of central Asia through acquisition or joint venture arrangement to enhance shareholder value.
