Guy, Earl of Warwick, has over 20 years’ experience in mining, as well as interests in manufacturing and real estate. He is a founding shareholder and past Chairman of Windimurra Vanadium Limited, an ASX-listed mining company, and he continues to serve on its Audit Committee and chair its Remuneration Committee.

Jason Stirbinskis B.Sc (Geology), MBA

Managing Director

Originally a Geologist, Mr Stirbinskis has worked in the resources and finance sectors from greenfield mining operations to IT/telecommunication and finance industry projects over a 20 year history. Jason has worked with or consulted to Newcrest Mining, Goldsworthy Mining, Placer Dome, Woodside Energy, Worsley Alumina and many others. Jason has an MBA and substantial experience in banking and finance where he project managed the delivery of several multi-million dollar projects. Most recently he held the role of General Manager of METS, an engineering company specialising in metallurgical consulting and greenfield feasibility studies for junior mining companies in Australia and overseas.

Ms Angela Dent CA, B.Bus

Director and Company Secretary

Ms Dent is a chartered accountant with experience in accounting and management in the mining and other industries. Ms Dent provides accounting, administration and company secretarial services to various businesses in Australia and South-East Asia. She is currently company secretary for three ASX listed entities and a director of several unlisted public companies.

Dr Waldemar Mueller M.Sc, PhD (Geology), MAusIMM

Director

Dr Mueller has over 36 years experience in geological exploration and mineral economics in Kazakhstan, Brazil, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Georgia including geologic and special mapping, research and economic evaluation, investment estimation and management. Through his consulting firm, Kiintas Mining Management Pty Ltd, Dr Mueller provides a broad range of services for mining and petroleum companies seeking business opportunities in the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (former Soviet Union). He is a specialist in stratabound deposits of gold and base metals and their relationship to hydrocarbon migration and mineralisation (black-shale-formations) and has experience in Kazakhstan's mining and oil-gas businesses. Dr Mueller is familiar with gold deposits and oil-gas fields of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan and has visited and examined gold deposits in Brazil, Czech Republic, Norway, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Georgia and Russia. Dr Mueller is also a director of Cigma Metals Corporation Ltd, USA.

Philippe Reiser

Director

Philippe Reiser has over 30 years' experience in Private Banking. In 1993, he creates Compagnie Privée de Gestion Primatrust SA in Geneva, Switzerland, a multi family office company. He is also active as member of several Board of Directors over the world.

Robin Gill

Director

Robin Gill has 30 years' experience in development, production, operations and marketing in the international petroleum industry, including management and executive roles with both multi-national and independent oil and gas companies. He was the Managing Director for the Middle East and North Africa of Dynergy Global Liquids, based in Houston (2001-2003), and Chief Executive of Danagaz WLL, a natural gas development company based in the Arabian Gulf (2003-2007). Mr Gill holds a degree in Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
