Guy, Earl of Warwick has 25 years of experience in mining, as well as areas such as real estate and manufacturing. He was a founding shareholder of Windimurra Vanadium.

Erulan Kanapyanov - Executive Director

Erulan Kanapyanov has 40 years of experience in business in Kazakhstan, including in mining. He has held various senior executive and board positions and is the president of Kazakhstan-Australia Limited. He has a long-standing relationship with Central Asia Resources and provides the company with extensive local, professional and government knowledge.

Philippe Reiser - Non-Executive Director

Philippe Reiser has more than 30 years of experience in private banking. He is a director on several boards across the world.

Robin Gill - Executive Director

Robin Gill has 30 years of experience in the international petroleum industry. He has held both management and executive roles with multi-national and independent oil and gas companies.

Mr Gill was Managing Director of Dynergy Global Liquids, and Chief Executive Officer of natural gas development company Danagaz, which he co-founded.

Duncan Greenaway - Chief Operating Officer

Duncan Greenaway has more than 35 years of wide-ranging, international experience in exploration, mining and contract drilling throughout Australasia, southern Africa and Eastern Europe. His experience includes 22 years in gold exploration and production.

Mr Greenaway's previous roles include Vice President of exploration at TSX-listed Superior Mining International, Exploration Director at Goldstar Resources (ASX-listed) and Exploration Manager at Gabriel Resources in Romania. In these roles he has been responsible for significant resource growth through exploration and acquisition.
