Central Asia Resources Limited is a gold and base metals exploration company transitioning to producer.

Central Asia has acquired an indirect interest through Golden Eagle Investment Resources Limited in gold exploration projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan (the “Projects”). The Projects have both Russian and historical unclassified resource estimates which have been converted to JORC compliant values through extensive exploration drilling by Central Asia. Central Asia has converted one prospect to a Commercial Licence and commenced feasibility studies and intends for other prospects to follow suit over 2008.

The Company will also pursue other opportunities in Kazakhstan and other parts of central Asia through acquisition or joint venture arrangement to enhance shareholder value.
