Please read these terms of use carefully. By using this Noticeboard, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. From time to time the Company may amend these terms of use without notice to you and as such you should review them regularly.
To access the Noticeboard you need to acknowledge and agree to the following terms of use.
(a) Postings are at best general information. They are not professional investment advice and do not take into account any individual circumstances and needs of particular investors. Therefore, before acting on the basis of what is said in a posting, you should:
(i) consider consulting a licensed adviser (ASIC’s website at www.asic.gov.au has a list of licensed advisers); and
(ii) visit ASIC’s consumer website at www.watchdog.asic.gov.au for general guidance about investing.
(b) You will have no access to ASIC-approved dispute resolution schemes to recover any losses you may suffer by relying on the postings.
(c) Securities cannot be offered to you for sale or issue through postings on the Noticeboard.
(d) The Noticeboard is not intended for people in jurisdictions other than Australia.

Pre-screening
You acknowledge that the Company will pre-screen all questions submitted to the Company through the Noticeboard and that the Company shall have the right in its sole discretion to either not respond to any questions submitted or to amend questions in any manner that it sees fit. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any information on the Noticeboard, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such information. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any information on the Noticeboard.
No reproduction
Any unauthorised reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the noticeboard, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
Storage of postings
You acknowledge that the Company may establish general practises and limits concerning the Noticeboard, including without limitation the maximum number of days that postings or other uploaded content will be retained on the Noticeboard. You agree that the Company has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to either store or update any postings.
Changes to the Noticeboard
The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Noticeboard with or without notice.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
The Company owns the intellectual property, including copyright, in all content of the Noticeboard.
Governing law
This website and its use are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
